Great costumer service!

This review isn't necessarily about the gift card because there isn't much to review about that but it is about the costumer service I received in regards to one. I had ordered a gift card to be sent to my sister in law who lives in California and was planning on dining at Commanders Palace for an upcoming vacation. I ordered the card in which I thought was plenty of time but due to the holidays the card was taking longer than expected and wasn't due to arrive at her house until the day after she left! I called the company to tell them my dilemma and they called back the same day to tell me that they would cancel the gift card that was mailed and make sure my sister in law got to use it at the restaurant for her reservation the next night. I was so happy she still got to use it and really appreciated the costumer service response I got. They were very friendly and helpful. My sister in law said she got the gift card without any problem and that the food was delicious!
